Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.Their claims department is the worst I have ever dealt with.
The last 2 claims I have been dealing with, are 6 and 7 months old, with no resolution in sight. I have contacted them at least 10 times over these claims. Each time I get a new reference number, as they are in multiple locations around the globe. Each time I am told what is needed to process the claim, and then I send them the information.
My provider has spent at least 2 hours, on multiple phone calls, giving them the same information. After a few weeks go by, and I call to see the status, they advise me that they need the same information that I have already sent, multiple times.
I believe their job is to get you so frustrated that you just give up.They never let you speak with a supervisor, who always seems to be on another call.
